NOTE: Multifamily buildings are defined as buildings that are not included in the
IRC. Row homes, town homes, duplexes, and quads are considered single-family buildings.
Multifamily buildings typically have one unit above another.
Land Development Certification Fees
The fees below are applicable for either a Plan Approval (optional) or a Final Approval Certification of a green development. Plan Approval letters are available once all final plans are completed. Certification is available after the first phase or at least 25% of a development has been completed and inspected by a verifier. Pricing is based on the number of lots covered by each certification. When seeking certification in phases, prices apply for each phase.
